About AURUMPrivacyCan I create a regular weekly schedule for work, exercise and study?
Yes. Create recurring time slots for hourly work, fixed-price work, exercise, studying and personal time. Mark each slot done or missed. In your first week, only future slots count. Later schedule changes take effect the following Monday.
How do the margin and the ∞ weekly streak work?
Choose a margin of 0 to 50 percent of planned time. A completed week within that margin earns one ∞. A week outside your margin breaks the streak. Unchecked time counts as missed; your weekly history stays saved.
Will I be notified when a time slot starts?
Enable reminders on each device. With browser permission, configured Web Push and an active server task, you can also receive notifications when the app is closed. On iPhone and iPad, AURUM must be added to your Home Screen. Your device or connection may delay notifications.
What is Aurum Pro?
Aurum Pro is a web app for time tracking, weekly planning, projects and revenue. For freelancers and sole traders. Two months free, then €9.95 per month including VAT.
What does an account cost?
Try all features free for two months, without payment details. Then AURUM costs €9.95 per month including VAT. You activate the subscription yourself through Stripe and can cancel monthly.
Do I have to click save?
Your changes save automatically. The green check confirms they have been saved. Wait for it before closing the tab.
Can I track quotes and separate invoices too?
Yes. A project is hourly or quoted, and under Revenue you record every invoice, including what happened outside your hours. So your quarterly revenue adds up, with a target next to it.
Can anyone else see my hours?
Your data is linked to your account. Other users cannot access it. Read the privacy policy to learn how your data is processed.
Does this replace my accounting software?
No, and that is the point. AURUM does one thing well: track your hours and projects and turn them into a clean timesheet. You make the invoice itself where you do now.
What happens after the trial?
After your trial you need an active subscription to keep working. Nothing is charged without your confirmation in Stripe. Your data is kept and you can still export it as CSV.
What if I forget my password?
Then you request a reset link on the sign-in screen. It arrives by email, is valid for an hour, and you choose a new password.
Am I locked in?
There is no payment obligation during your trial. Once activated, your subscription renews monthly until you cancel through Stripe. Access continues until the end of the paid period. CSV exports remain available afterwards.
